Adult Masterclass Series: Mobility and Movement Forever
With Dr. Marcus Rein (PhD Physical Therapy)

Welcome to SE’s premier adult online learning class! This unique workshop was developed for any person that wishes to maintain their physicality, mobility and strength well into the golden years! Many of us become aware of changes in our movement as we age. Perhaps you’ve noticed you often have pain after a game of basketball, or you seem to repetitively throw your back out while doing ordinary tasks, or maybe you’ve sprained your ankle for the 3rd time this year and don’t understand why or how to stop it from happening again. Imbalances, injury cycles, and low grade pain is a reality for many if not most as we age. This is true even for athletes and fit people! Sport specific injury cycles are a common downside to a lifetime devoted to one's favorite sports or fitness routines.  A note on expertise; SE takes the word Masterclass seriously. Although this information is accessible for everyone, we developed this program to be a guaranteed learning experience for all. Even for those that have a strong knowledge of fitness often have to learn new modalities and strategies to meet new conditions. This class is for you!  

Class Size: In order to guarantee the value and high interactivity of the course, the class size is held at 15 participants. All classes will be recorded and participants can access the recordings anytime.

All classes start at 9:00am PST/12:00pm EST

Class structure:

Each class begins with a fascinating 30 minute lecture followed by 60 minutes of practical work. Dr. Rein (Marcus!) will reserve a few minutes for “office hours” after the regular class times in order to be available to address any unanswered questions from the workshop.
