Guide

Frank has enjoyed working with children as a regular part of his life for as long as he's been working. Before deciding to become a guide, he led Costa Rican youth in the YCI, a youth development program similar to America's YMCA. He directed a section of the program dedicated to environmental investigation and development, teaching children at an early age fun and convenient ways to help save the planet.

Despite so much of his time being dedicated to youth development, Frank has never stopped loving science. Over the years he has been involved in several research projects, mostly studying whales and dolphins off the coast of Costa Rica. He has volunteered at national parks and in sea turtle conservation efforts. His experience volunteering has led him to become a founding member and president of Costa Rica's Environmental Association, VIDA.

In his spare time he enjoys scuba diving and traveling.
