Registration And Payment Information



Users can register from the program page by clicking the "Register Here" button. Please follow instructions to complete the registration. After registering, you will be instructed to choose payment options.


Parents who have paid on behalf of the student at a parent meeting, please choose pay by check and follow through with the payment process. We will credit your account with your deposit once this is completed.


Payment Methods:

2) Pay by credit card


Note: credit card payments have a 3% processing fee per payment charged by the credit card company.


Payment Plans:


1) Pay entire trip cost at once.

2) Pay deposit now, and the remainder of the trip cost within 30 days.

3) Pay the deposit now, and the remainder of the trip cost over 4 monthly payments.

Travel Protection:


Scholastic Expeditions provides all travelers with a basic medical/dental/accidental insurance package. However, additional travel protection is suggested for all travelers, in case of unforeseen circumstances. Help protect your trip and your investment with a travel protection plan.


If you are unable to travel less than 90 days before your departure date, Scholastic Expeditions is unable to refund your trip cost. At that time, you would need to file a claim with Travel Insured Intl., if you purchased a travel protection plan.

We encourage all travelers to purchase a plan at the time of initial trip deposit. If you have any questions, please contact a Scholastic Expeditions representative at, or call 831-440-1041.


Payment Deadlines & Late Payments:


You can check the deadline of your next payment by logging into your account and clicking on "Booked Trips". If you miss a payment deadline, late fees may apply. If you are not fully paid off within 90 days of your trip, you risk losing your space on the trip with no refund.
